Infralert technology workshop in Budapest

2018/26/03
From 22 to 23 March 2018, a workshop on the project INFRALERT was held in Budapest, Hungary.

As we have already mentioned in a previous article, within the framework of the Horizon 2020 project INFRALERT, our job was to create a system (a so-called eIMS) which is able to make predictions and even produce maintenance plans related to all of or part of a road or railway system based on the data gathered from assessments made on the system.

The members of the project team are still working in an ambitious and enthusiastic way in order to realise the aims of the project that has been going on for two years already. The main aim of the technology workshop in Hungary was to prepare use cases for a workshop in Vienna in April which we will demonstrate to professionals during a live demo.
At the meeting in Budapest, in order to prepare for the workshop, we carried out improvements on the framework itself, we tested and refined various integrated work packages, and we finalised the visual elements on the user interface.

All in all, we can say that the project is going according to plan, and that there is complete harmony among the consortium members. We believe we can complete the project successfully, and we hope that we can bring more projects to life together.
