One particularly striking insight stood out: “the problem is the new gold”—since AI is increasingly capable of delivering solutions, competitive advantage now lies in identifying and defining the most relevant problems.

We also encountered a number of inspiring tools and recommendations, such as Hugging Face, a leading international platform for AI models and development—serving as a true knowledge hub for developers and researchers alike. The HR track placed strong emphasis on the potential of new generations and explored tools and methods to effectively engage and motivate them. The talks by young talents from Vibe Coding brought fresh, authentic perspectives to this evolving field.

A recurring theme throughout the day was the idea that it’s no longer the big fish that eats the small, but the fast that overtakes the slow—highlighting agility, adaptability, and openness to innovation as the new drivers of competitiveness.
